What is your cancellation policy?

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival. No payment reminders will be sent. If the balance is not paid on time, it may be automatically charged or your booking may be cancelled, with the deposit retained. If you cancel more than 14 days before arrival, any amount paid beyond the non-refundable deposit will be refunded. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable. Booking amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
